"This was a small apartment, not a room. That's about the only thing I enjoyed. The toilet was in a separate room from the shower. The bedroom had no door nor curtain so whatever you heated in microwave smelled throughout. Shower area was dirty, there was spit on the floor when I went to shower. Even though there was a stove there was a message to please not use it??? Dishes supplied hadn't been washed in over a century. There was no television, instead, there was a projector on the ceiling that...

"Excellent location. Very clean, well maintained, modern hotel with amenities such as self service laundromat, microwave, ice machine and vending machines. No parking on site but public parking is just across the back of hotel. All in all we will stay again at next visit to fukuoka"

"A very nice hotel. Room is not very big but somehow felt spacious, especially comparing with topical Japanese hotel rooms. The front deck lady was super nice and helpful. Breakfast has high rating, but I found was OK. Love the lobby and the wall paper in the room, which make the hotel special."

Love love love this hotel

"Love love love Tokyo stay and this one doesn’t disappoint. People complain about it being a short walk from the train station but seriously it’s still close. Just past a park and lots of combini near by. The rooms is so comfortable. You can get out of bed on either side. Of course the laundry machine is the highlight. They provide detergent and all instructions. They offer bag storage and overall it’s very easy and comfortable to stay there. I’d highly recommend it over something like an APA. Great fridge and microwave in the room also helpful. "

"Hotel Oriental Express Fukuoka Tenjin is a 3-minute walk from Tenjin Station, so the location is really convenient and good. The staff is also very friendly, and since there are many Korean guests, there are staff who can speak Korean. The room size is small, but clean, and there is enough space to fully open the suitcase. The bathroom is also very clean. If I come to Fukuoka again, I would like to stay at this hotel again."
