"Superb hotel, location is excellent with very modern facilities. Friendly staff, with a great breakfast selection. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Borovets if we were to return. This is isn’t about the hotel but Borovets resort needs to start investing in new lifts etc - the lift pass cost has increased and the facilities should too. That’s why we wouldn’t return to the resort!"

Very lumpy and uncomfortable! I was a little bit disappointed that the hotel did not offer a personal touch to congratulate my husband on his 60th birthday. "Great food. Shuttle bus is a joke. It takes 8 people every 15 mins but the staff allow more than 8 to sign up, so when the bus does arrive (often late), it’s a free-for-all regarding who gets on. Take earplugs. All rooms have noisy doors and all night you’ll hear banging as people come and go. It’s a bargain. Get what you pay for. "

"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."

"Breakfast buffet was always empty, everything run out and they wouldn't refill, things like bacon-bread-eggs-fruit. Even when you asked if they will refill staff will rudly reply that it has run out. We stayed for 1 week and our room floor was never cleaned, our beds were never made and we had to ask presidently for clean towels, which we got once. Even bed linen were too small and did not fit the beds, so you ended up sleeping on a bare mattress by the morning.No kettle in the room for your...

Lovely stay
