"The entire staff i dealt with made the stay the best ive ever had in a hotel.They made you feel welcome not just a number on the list. "Hotel is in a quiet area, if you want to head into Zadar city centre you can't walk but Ubers are cheap. Plenty of seating by the pool and in the bar. The hotel is right on the coast, which is a nice walk and the view of the sun set from there is beautiful. The dining options tend to be same for lunch and dinner. Room looked slightly old fashioned but the bed was comfortable, clean and the shower was good. "

"We did excursions and the place we had to meet were minutes away from the Hotel. Excellent location from the old town for shopping and eating. The lady that took care of us at the Hotel was great and a down to earth person. She had a Sassy Attitude and I mean that in a good way. I almost forgot about the great breakfast that was included. "The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets. Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. Comparing the beach with the neighboring, much smaller 4-star resort Sunnyside Apartments shows some of the weaknesses of the Falkensteiner resort beaches."
