They put us out because we're homeless but i paid full price for my room. They have mandatory cleaning and i work overnights, i told them this and they completely ignored my schedule and made me stay up until at least 1 pm everyday to clean my room. The female owner is rude and unpleasant.

The air conditioning barely worked. Ceiling in bathroom was peeling off. No air vent in restroom. Bed very uncomfortable.

Despite being a non-smoking room, it reeked of stale smoke. I had to plug the TV into the lamp (shade was broken) only to discover that the bottoms on the TV didn't work and there was no remote. So the only thing I could watch was SpongeBob on high volume. The numerous repairs in the room were shabbily done, there was no security chain for the door, switch plates were missing, there was a open hole in the ceiling where a light once had been, etc. The property was run down. What had once been a breakfast area is now a storage area for broken AC units but it did have a bowl of plastic fruit displayed. Next time, I will spend more money and stay at a reasonably nice hotel.

Property was everything we needed it to be. AC never got as cold as it should’ve but it was tolerable. It was clean, we had fresh towels and garbage bags everyday which was nice, and it had a good mini fridge and microwave. Check in and checkout were also very quick and easy.

This stay was awful! They had bed bugs! One was crawling on my bf pant leg, we freaked out and put it in a ziplock bag and checked the bed and found a bunch more! Packed up and took the bag with the bug to the front desk and the lady and she said she hasn’t seen one there before, which was a lie because I should have read the reviews and seen they had multiple bed bug issues before! Very unpleasant to figure out after working 12 hours in the sun and just wanted to sleep! If my money isn’t refunded like she said it would be there will be legalities involved.

Not the right property for us
We sought this location because we were traveling with our dog, and Red Roof locations let pet’s stay free. The general look of the property was sketchy, and the room had a damaged door, loose and rocking toilet, and extremely uncomfortable beds. We wouldn’t recommend this location. One bright spot was the front desk staff, who worked quickly to get us checked in; and equally fast to cancel our stay after we saw the room. The hotel issued a full credit for our cancellation without penalty of fees. I appreciate her efforts to help us.
