"Such a cute place to stay, and perfectly located. Walking distance to Safeway restaurants, coffee shops in pikes market. We took the light rail and didn’t even need a car, so we saved on parking. We would stay here again. It was great."

"This was maybe the third Pineapple hotel we've stayed and probably our favorite. Pleasant desk and housekeeping staff. Excellent baristas and great coffee. Clean large rooms with fridge. Great common amenities. Very walkable neighborhood with access to events, many restaurants, and the awesome Metropolitan Market. They the Hagen coffed shop with those pastries, too. We'd come back! And, still five stars, even with a couple nits: -Keurig coffeemakers. Yuck. American hoteliers: use an electric kettle like Europeans. Good instant coffee tastes as good or better than Keurig. And no extra landfill. Grandpa can learn how to use an electric kettle if he learned how to use a Keurig. -And this one is unique to me, a veteran gardener and landscaper: please spend a few hundred bucks and mulch your grounds! There's just bare irrigation hose on compacted earth. Those plants and trees will suffer from the neglet. Plus it will make the hotel look like a million bucks for very little money. Do it once in spring and again in fall. Trust me."

"It was a great stay. The hotel was clean and the room was fresh. The staff was attentive and courteous. There was a billing issue during our stay, but Sabrina handled it quickly and got everything straightened out. I’d definitely stay here again."

"The staff was very nice, they even upgraded us because it was our 25th wedding anniversary. The room was fantastic. The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was perfect. The only thing that we didn’t like was the evening restaurant, we spent about $56 for a very small side of fries, super and I mean super salty chicken wings, the most dried up hard hamburger that we have ever had. We pretty much threw away all the food except the kids pizza that was ok to eat. I would definitely stay again but will not ever eat at the restaurant again."
