"I very much liked my room and the location was second to none. I sat at one of the tables outside of the Welcome Inn Pub. I sat for one minute, finishing a tea and readying to go in for a pint. The bartender? Manager? Owner? Came out yelling at me to get out of the seat and “ this isn’t a picnic area” when I told him I was going to go in for a pint and that I live upstairs'—he told me “to get lost and we don’t want you here”. Really foul experience. Around two in afternoon. "

"Parking instructions, I hope, have improved since our stay. Basically, there’s a road about 5 stores to the right (facing) of the property and that is where you turn to get into the parking lot. GPS will send you to the other side of the church which is incorrect. "

"Staff and location get a 10/10. It couldn't have been more convenient for Cork City. You're about a 1minute walk from the Theatre. There was an odd cooking, or heat, smell when we came back to the room each time. I think it was from the heat pump to be honest. It cleared very quickly when we opened the window. "Everything about the Lynwood House was wonderful! The room was beautiful, with a sitting area and a brand new on suite bathroom. There was a kettle for tea, a hair dryer, and a television. The bed was extremely comfortable and the views from the room are unmatched. Peter was so warm and welcoming, providing a bit of history and directing us to the best places in the town. We'd be glad to return on a future trip!"
