"I was so impressed with everything with this hotel. Friendly staff. Great amenities. . When you enter your room and you see a welcome message on the TV. so awesome! "We have stayed at this hotel every year for the past several years for our son’s annual Mayo Clinic visit. After his appointments we put our best efforts into making this trip feel like a vacation for the kids and this is our “fancy” hotel we stay at. Right next to the Mall of America, IHOP, and pretty much a straight shot to head out of town back home. Staff have always been accommodating to our family and the kids love the breakfast. Rooms are always clean and orderly. They offer several services we don’t really use but would be very beneficial if need be as well. "

"We had a great time at the water park. I love how the kids park had slides that were similar to the adult slides. I know my grandkids were not bored! I was not impressed with the additional costs for food and drinks at the hotel. I did appreciate that we could bring in food and drinks to the water park area, but we would have spent more money at the hotel had the prices been more affordable. The cost of the rooms and/or water park was enough. Overall, we had a great time!"
