"The staff were excellent. Restaurant was great. But, No provision to make a coffee in the room or on the premises was annoying as it was very difficult to find anything open in the village to get a coffee. Shower head was stable and water flooded the floor. Also, most of the people in the hotel were elderly and getting over a steep bath to have a shower is a health hazard."

"We enjoyed a pleasant one night stay here. With advanced notice, we arrived late and we were able to get the key to our apartment through the lockbox near the office. The apartment was very spacious for my family of 5. What was really nice was being able to park in a designated space right in front of the entrance which made bringing in luggage very easy. They also gave us a late check out since we arrived late which we appreciated. My kids enjoyed the onsite playground before we left. "

"Hotel in centre of Vosges,10Km close to "Col de la Schlucht", pleasant rooms with more than avarage space in bedroom and bathroom, everything very recent renovated, very nice restaurant with top quality dishes but a little short menu list, covered and heated swimmingpool and also a Spa & Healtcare centre, Problem was not a garded or closed area to park the car, their private park was open to the public road, no closed fence and gate at night, no covered parking available in garage-boxes."

"La chambre correspondait à ce qui avait été réservé et avait une bouilloire et le nécessaire pour se faire un café ou un thé. La douche était très petite et ne permettait pas de grands mouvements ! "We stayed one night with half board for a quick trip to the Vosges. The hotel is very nice, modern, and clean with good parking. We used the pool, which was relaxing after a longish drive. We did not take advantage of the spa, although the treatments on offer seemed good (and I was tempted by the back massage). The dinner was great. "Nice quaint old converted mansion into a period hotel in a quiet neighborhood of a small Alsacian town. Everything was done well with personal service and attention. An elevator is the only thing that would make it easier for older people and heavy luggage. Highly recommend for a unique experience back in time. "

"Gemütliche, kleine Häuser. Auch super mit Hund. Man hat auf der Terrasse ausreichend Privatsphäre. Munster kann man gut zu Fuß erkunden. Die nächsten größeren Supermärkte sind keine 3km entfernt. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Wir hatten schöne und entspannte Tage."
