Housekeeping daily Was nice

Overall the hotel was a "miss" for me. The place felt "tired"as the hallways and room were dark, really dirty windows (I get it, it was winter) and just like it's seen better days. There was a piece of duck tape on the floor where the carpet met the tile and although the room was surface clean, it felt like it could use a good deep clean. The front desk staff were wonderful and the location was convenient - very easy walk to the subway, restaurants, hot spots, etc.

The location is perfect. The room was clean and spacious. Did not like: phones were not working through the entire week that I stayed there had to go downstairs whenever I needed something, housekeeping didn’t even change my sheets after they serviced my room. Also, I asked for another blanket because it was so cold and the staffed questioned me why I needed more and how many people were in my room. If I asked for a blanket I should be able to get one no questions asked. Also, if you plan to sleep early, do not stay in the 17th floor, you can hear the music from the rooftop bar all night.

This hotel was amazing! The entrance was weird to me & hard to find at night when I arrived. There was a glass door with the hotel name etched in glass & a light displaying a rotating hotel name on the sidewalk. There was no physical sign. Upon entering the glass doors-you enter a pitch black lobby with 3 elevators connected to a restaurant that gives off a nightclub vibe. Ok……so what do we do? We just got on an elevator & ride to 5th floor lobby. Wow! How incredible! The rooms are large, clean, the staff is friendly! It was just hard to find at first, so I made a video for friend on how to enter the hotel. The hotel overlooked the 9/11 memorial, was 1 block from the dearest subway, the Oculus. We walked to statute of liberty area, several museums, churches to see. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the Sheraton Times Square New York for 3 nights and had an amazing weekend! The staff were super helpful especially the concierge and our room was nice. The only thing I would change, is the charge that they charge you to hold your bags. On the day we checked out, our flight didn’t leave until 7:30, so we had a full day to explore. Had to check our bags and were charged $6 apiece to store them while we were out. I just feel like a hotel this large and well known, could afford to offer this as an amenity to their guests. Overall, we had a great trip and this hotel was a perfect location for our stay!
