"Staff was excellent in all respects; very responsive to requests. Rooms were clean and pleasant, if a bit small. Note that our room did not have exterior windows, and based on the layout, I'm guessing many/most of the rooms were like this. Teresa booked for us a tour guide and a convertible and Mirelis helped us book a taxi and introduced us to a money changer who came to the apartment and exchange our $ to CUP!
