"This large hotel is rather dated in style. It could be a large hotel anywhere in the USA of a standard bland design. We waited two hours to check in. On arrival in the room the safe didn't work nor did the refrigerator but it did have a lovely view, though once again we were allocated this room only after I insisted that this is what we had requested. "Transferred here after the Mercure down the road did not have the rooms we reserved. This hotel is lovely, has a great atmosphere, very friendly staff, a great breakfast and restaurant. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be near the City centre."

"El hotel esta ubicado en zona céntrica. Todo el personal del área de recepción siempre está muy atento, son amables y serviciales. Solo tengo algo que señalar, al momento de realizar el check in te facilitan un número teléfonico para poder comunicarte al área de recepción por medio de WhatsApp. En dos ocasiones escribí para asistencia y no respondieron. No hago el señalamiento como crítica ya que pude resolver, pero sí como un área a mejorar para beneficio de la comunicación con futuros huéspedes. Sin dudar lo recomendaría!"
