The manager Ms. Carlota was very kind, polite and accomodative to every request.She arranged for special decrations for my daughter"s birthday. "Paradise! Wow! We were not expecting what a wonderful place this is! It should be labeled a 'resort' more than a hotel. I would have expected to pay three times more for a place like this. It was the most quiet hotel I have ever stayed and the view was incredible. I have nothing bad to stay about this super clean, well kept, hidden gem. Thank you!"

"Luna Chalet are rustic chalets, and I must admit that the unit given to us was very comfortable with great views. Nice bedding, good towels, all dishes and soap needed. The only negative is that they supply the nespresso type machines but with no pods. It would have been nice to have coffee in the morning. A lot of channels on the television also. I strongly recommend the chalet. "

"We came here at an off-peak time so the area was very quiet. The hosts were lovely, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and so thoughtful and homemade. We would come back here again around the summertime when we can really have a chance to explore the national park!"

Stunning views and comfortable rooms.

"Spectacular views. Very clean and comfortable. Up a very long and windy, steep road so didn't want to venture back out and ate dinner at the hotel. Food was good enough but rather pricy for what you got. Breakfast was spectacular though."
