Disappointed with our visit. Could have been much better.

We skipped the line and did self check in at the kiosk which was easy, smooth, and convenient because the line for the front desk was outrageously long. Found our room no problem. Our room was a non view room. Room was clean. The bathroom appeared so nice with the separate shower, separate large tub, big vanity, bathroom with a separate door. It all looked so nice until we tried to use the bath tub and the faucet nearly came out from the wall just by turning it on. We called the front desk and they fixed it right away. Well, we thought was fixed. Still loose but operable and So we didn’t push it. Then our toilet at times wouldn’t flush, sounded like it was running for what felt like 10 minutes straight not letting us flush it. The toilet would keep making this noise at random throughout the night, wouldn’t flush either, and would also woke me up in the middle of the night from the noise. I had to lift the toilet bow and the nobs inside to keep it from sounding like it was running for hours. I didn’t want to keep bugging the front desk. So we just dealt with it since they didn’t move us rooms to begin with. Feel like they should have just moved us rooms but didn’t. It’s a nice hotel conveniently located on the strip and close to a lot of main attractions. Maybe I should have just pushed to get moved. Either way, we liked it.

I always love the location and lack of a casino to walk through. Only one restaurant in the building, it is a smaller hotel.

Staff was very friendly..Loved upgrade to Tower Suites.. hotel was very clean will be my go to property in Vegas

I liked that it was easy to check in. There was a kiosk available, so I didn't have to stand in line. Very friendly staff. Beautiful room with a view.
