"The resort and amenities were outstanding but the check in process was not as smooth as we would have preferred. We had to retrieve our own bags and ask for information about the resort. In addition we felt $28 for a latte and black coffee at the market was a bit extreme and $60 for a moscow mule and martini at the pool was outrageous for mediocre cocktails at best. On the flip side Che ah Chi was outstanding for lunch and Tii Gavo was excellent for dinner. I would recommend the resort but make...

"Front desk check in was easy, and super polite. Riombwad very nice and clean. Couldn’t locate ice machine but we could have called to find out ourselves. Only stayed one night but would come back someday and stay here again only longer."
