The front desk and room service people were very nice and courteous during the stay. I told the concierge that it would be difficult when I asked the concierge to arrange an airport transfer if possible because of the tight schedule. The property was nice. I was a bit thrown off because I was reserved to stay at the tower but at check-in they said they upgraded us to the palace. The palace side is beautiful but very dated. I would have liked to see the tower side to compare the two options. Overall, our stay was nice and pleasant. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and the ambiance was grand.
