We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Auris. Nothing bad to say. Room was comfortable and clean, maybe slightly on the smaller side for a triple room. Breakfast had a good variety and the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The restaurant underneath was really nice. Overall enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Auris and highly recommend it, especially for first-time visitors to Mumbai. Having traveled to Mumbai for over three years and stayed at numerous hotels, I can confidently say that Hotel Auris stands out above the rest. The room service is prompt, and the entire staff, from reception to the restaurant, is both professional and incredibly friendly, consistently delivering top-tier service. For solo travelers, this hotel provides a safe and secure environment. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the fresh fragrance throughout the hotel is a pleasant touch. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would confidently rate my experience 100/100.

The in-room TV, safe and fridge all were not working. We informed the staff and they did absolutely nothing. Further the same night we checked-in to our our room, we observed another staff checking-in a group of 8 men to another room on the same floor. They had the appearance of laborers. We asked the staff who they were and they said they were all guests. 8 men in a single room meant for 3 people? We did not feel safe.

Property as described - sometimes in Mumbai you never know what you're getting but this was an awesome value for the money. Property was clean, in excellent condition and bathrooms were very clean. Towels also thick and soft. Would definitely stay here again. Staff is also very helpful and parking on site was free.
