"Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "

"Nice studio apartment in a quiet area of a quiet village. Well stocked with everything you may need and then some. Hosts were available for any questions or needs and live on the ground floor of the property. Great for a business trip, couples stay or small family. "We had the chance to stay at the River Residence for 2 months. It was our home away from home. Perfect for long stays as well as short ones. The cleanliness, attention to details, professional maintenance, and over all comfort was like no other place we ever stayed. The owner Marco made sure that all our needs were attended to promptly. "The studio flat is exactly as shown in the photos. However, if you travel during summer, consider that it gets quite warm as there is only one window and air does not circulate a lot. The room was not ready by check-in time. Also, although they said the cleaning service was every 3 days, this only happened once and skipped the 2nd cleaning day.
