"This property is just so wonderful! Every single staff member is eager to help you. They greet you when you first drive up, have easily accessible parking as well as valet for those that need it. Incredibly comfortable beds that you can sink into after a long day of exploring. The rooms and entire estate are decorated immaculately and with great taste. Just gorgeous. "Lovely hotel, very central, great breakfast and the bar is also lovely. Room a little too warm for me even with heating off and window open but that’s personal preference. Overall we had a really good stay and would come again. "

"We had such a beautiful break in this hotel!! It is so unique with so much character & charm. Breakfast in 1180 room was beautiful and Dinner in The Drawing room felt very special. Staff are so friendly and helpful, Spa and Thermal suite was amazing, Room was massive and comfortable. Highly recommended, thank you."

"Loved this hotel! So much charm and class! Lovely breakfast. Interesting pubs connected to the hotel. Right in the heart of everything downtown. Great experience! The room is a bit dated and the bathroom needed an upgrade - the shower curtain clung to us as we showered, but the location and overall charm made up for it. We would stay here again! "
