"　外観および階段ホールは相当くたびれているるものの室内はよく整えられている。場所が特殊で、大統領官邸から川沿いの幹線道路に降る急勾配のカーブでい石畳の道の途中にある。 　川向こうから戻ると、階段か坂道の坂を登ることとなる。しかし、このような道路環境のため、朝夕の車通行は多いものの、最徐行運転のため騒音はない。 　室内は、特に大きな問題はないけれど、ガレージの上にある部屋で、構造の制約からか床からI mくらいの扇型の窓があり、この上に管理用収納とテレビ枠がある。 　客用の収納スペースがほぼないため、物の置き場所に工夫が必要だった。 　また、テレビの位置が高くやや見ずらいことと、背面パネルが隠れいていてポートに接続ができないものの、衛星受信機用のＨＤＭＩケーブルがあるのでメスポートの機器（ＡｐｐｌｅＴＶ等）は利用できる。 　天井照明のほか、ＬＥＤ電球がよかしあるけどそれぞれ別スイッチで操作が煩雑になっている。 　便利な設備として、洗濯機があり、乾燥は室内干しになるけれど、ヒーターやエアコンで夏冬とも一晩で乾く。 　"

"A Unique location and property. We stayed in the largest suite which sadly has been decorated rather oddly (leather sofas and a giant chandelier that belongs in a beach resort in Tulum not in an ancient Georgian castle) The second bed in the suite was lumpy and uncomfortable. However the staff was polite, the pool unique and the location/ambiance was incredible. Just for the experience of staying in a hotel that old, I would recommend it. "

"Everything was as advertised - clean, spacious, nicely appointed apartment at the center of Tbilisi. Ceilings are 4 meters or so. Staff communicates efficiently via whatsapp. For example, you can order cleaning service for a specific time (or decline it altogether). The cleaning lady was kind enough to do my laundry for free. Overall - go for it."

"Clean, spacious apartment in the middle of the city. Fully renovated and equipped with everything you need. Views to the city. Stores all around that work till late. The building itself is charming and beautiful on the outside but crumbly old on the inside with an elevator that was added on later on that stop between floors and can fit in only up to 3 people. If you don’t mind that the place is perfect otherwise for families for a short or an extended stay."

"We booked this flat for one week. We loved the area around Old Tblisi. Levan, our host, helped us with our luggage up the several steps to the flat. Greatly appreciated. The flat had everything we needed. Complimentary bottle of wine, tea, coffee, shampoo, shower gel, bathroom slippers. The flat was cleaned during our stay by a very friendly nice lady. There are a lot of places to eat in the area. A very lively area. We enjoyed sitting in the little terrace watching the view sipping Georgian...
