"Arrived in heat if afternoon but no one available. Hidden in labyrinth of alleys and tunnels. Small dark room mezzanine level. Hard to know if it was clean or not. Very dim. Don’t expect everything to work eg a/c or shower. The intimacy of a Riad means you hear everything happening throughout the house during the night at 2 or 4 am. Bring earplugs.French or Arabic only. "Service was inexperienced but very kind. Heating and cooling of rooms was turned off so the room was very hot. Lots of mosquitos but no screens. Finally they double charged us for the room and have refused to refund it, which is ridiculous and we will have to go through VISA to block charge "
