"Noisy Air Conditioners, stuffy rooms and extremely slow service at the restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast itself is super limited. For the amount of $ charged, try the other top hotels in Kampala - Serena, Sheraton, fourpoints, golden tulip are all better"

"Safe and quiet, the units at golf course apartments are spacious, functional and uncluttered. The staff are warm and welcoming and the property is kept neat and tidy. There is a pool, gym, tennis court and squash court and nice gardens and walkways to satisfy your exercise needs. Its located very near restaurants and malls in an upscale area. Its also conveniently located beside the Kampala Hospital."

"The photos do not give an accurate impression of the property. It was probably quite imposing when it was new but the outside is now very scruffy. The hotel is difficult to find, it does not look like a hotel ad there are no signs. There is a large sign for a betting shop across the front of the building. There is no lift and the hotel has many floors. The only breakfast offered was matoke and rice from 0930 am. Staff were friendly and helpful and made every attempt to keep the hotel clean but...

"Terrible location, pictures were not what they seem on the app. No water was give, no soap was given, the bathroom was terrible, the shower got water everywhere, bugs crawling all over the place. The rooms were dirty."

"Catastrophic. Pictures do not Real. Lies about all inclusive . Nothing exist (services , breakfast etc ).Very Very noisy and dirty. Clients service of Expedia had thé best and called thé manager . Lie After lie , it was a calamity. "

"I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. "

"A building site inside and out. In the block, in the room, constant noise, thud, thud, bang, bang from all angles throughout the day. Workmen and dust throughout the hallway. The road to the pool covered with debris and building material. Oh, and on arrival, a slow, silent check in process, until, ‘How are you paying for your stay?’ ‘We’ve already paid in advance’. Cockroaches were all killed within 48 hours by use of spray and traps from local Carrefour. "

Great Place to Stay!

"This was our fourth stay at this Hotel, and each time the service was excellent. A couple of times we arrived after midnight, and thet still treated us with professionalism and respect and prompt servive from the kitchen! The breakfast buffet, and meals in the restaurant area were very reasonably priced, and generously portioned. I would highly recommend the Adams Grand in Entebbe!"

"My stay at Arcadia Suites in Kampala for a total about a week and a half was excellent. Very friendly staff, rooms were comfy, well equipped and very clean, nice gym with a view, excellent restaurant on the rooftop with outstanding included breakfasts. The message communication did not work but I always got a response emailing them. Airport shuttle was competitively priced, extremely clean and no issues. "
