"It was a beautiful setting it had fantastic potential but here’s a list of the faults. Self check in system (room door unlocked key in room) another guest had checked into room we had booked. The room had a different number on the door to what it was (there was a number one on the door frame number 2 on the door) We had booked a ensuite bathroom but on the first night only had access to a shared bathroom with no hot water, no toilet paper (had to search the house to find it), blocked sink. "Hotel was pristine in every aspect. Room was big and had a couch and 1 seater, big tv on a mount which can be moved. Staff very friendly and lesiure centre was amazing. Would revisit without a doubt excellent."

"Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and very tasty. Hotel room was clean, good amount of space and the bathroom was of a good size for a family. The Swimming Pool being attached to it is a godsend and it was great to get in there. It's busier in the evening than the morning, but theres a lifeguard and things for the kids to use in there as well. There's also a kids playroom that is manned in the evening with all sorts of things for all ages. The bar, restaurant and coffee rooms looked clean with plenty of offering but we didn't frequent them in the evening. Friendly, helpful staff all over the hotel. Highly recommended for a stay in Galway, and if we return in the future, will definitely stay here again. 15 minutes to the racecourse, even with festival traffic was a huge bonus "

Sent message to manager, no response until the next morning. Guest who was in our allocated room moved out the next morning, so we moved into our allocated room as the ensuite bathroom had hot water, it was dirty, we had to find fresh linen and clean up as best we could. No gas for cooking. Air fryer had wrong plug so couldn’t use. The property was quite difficult to find, no signs on the gate."
