"We really enjoyed our stay at the CitizenM hotel. The facilities were located in a central, walkable area of downtown Seattle. All staff were extremely courteous and offered great services. We did have a small issue with our room AC, and the staff relocated us to a better room which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely return to the hotel though. "
