"I’ve stayed at this place before! Room was clean and renovated. This time, my room was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom sink counter and hair in the shower. Also a dead spider. Additionally for check in - they were supposed to send a code so I can get through my room door. Didn’t get the message about my check in codes and contacted hotels.com to inquire. "

"There was some construction one night with someone running a jackhammer at midnight. Your management should coordinate with any group like that to prevent disturbing hotel guests. Also, I thought it was a big overpriced for value but I guess it is difficult finding rooms at that time"
