"Front desk not really friendly. Shower in bathroom grates not very clean... not sure how much time they give housekeeping time to clean.. Breakfast options at coffee shop did not look good."

"The hotel was nice and beautiful but and again i say that BUT, the have a parking where you have to pay and it can go up fron $40 to $120 ,what kind of hotel doesn’t have a parking for their guests and on top of that have to pay ,the vallet parking is not that great they will charge your credit card even if you didn’t ask for the car,but after talking with the vallet parking manager they will refund it to you,the restaurant is good and the buffet was ok just OK ,but the workers at the restaurant were really respectful and was asking if you need something more ,the hospitality was good under than the parking i have to pay nearly $500 in 4 days i will not go back there anytime soon ! "

"The Cons: Room needed a few repairs. Upon initial entry to the room, there was coffee rings on the dresser which showed it did not get a wipe down and the hard floor surface had debris on it as well. The Pros: The front desk and dining staff get a A+++. Friendly, professional etc. Great location close to everything in Atlanta. Price was very good. Breakfast was hot and they offered a small variety of items. "

"Staff was lazy at the front desk trash outside over flowing oh the bartender was so rude there was a diaper on the second floor in the trash it had the whole floor smelling bad it’s just not the same there anymore "

"The property was lovely, the staff were kind. We enjoyed both the indoor pool and spa facilities. Close promxomity to so many things including restaurants and shopping. We would both stay there again and recommend to anyone considering staying there. "
