Highly recommending

Amazing stay with very friendly, kind, hospitable and helpful host who has excellent knowledge of local atractions. He has given us many helpful tips that made our trip memorable. The accomodation has a very nice unique styling, large garden space with play area for the children and an amazing view of mount Vezuv. It's within wlking distance from thr Pompei archaeological site and within easy reach of local amenities.

Nice location and host

Pleasant stay at PompeiLog. Roberto is a nice host and are much helpful when needing local knowledge. He know the area well which was nice for planning day trips. The B&B had an authentic vibe and has a nice location for going to Pompei, Napoli and the Amalfi Coast! I can totally recommend!

A lovely traditional house and with a host, Roberto, for whom nothing is too much trouble. A short walk from the local station (with good links) and not much longer to walk into Pompei itself. We were always out until late on foot and found the area safe. Situated on a residential street on the outskirts.

Pompeii Log was exactly as described in the app. The host is very friendly and welcoming. Parking was fantastic, on site and secure. The room was clean and had everything you needed. There is a shared kitchen and an area for communal breakfast eating. The only comment I would make, as I didn't realize this on booking, is that you are renting a room which is one of several inside a house. Whilst it wasn't an issue, we felt more pressure to be quiet as a family with two kids.

A hidden gem next to Pompei ruins

We had a great time at the Pompei Log. It started well with the host informing us that there was a train strike on our day of arrival so he offered us options for alternative travel. Very good communication before and during our stay. Both Roberto and Daniela speak a good english. They were waiting us every evening with a local italian drink, on the house. Very good continental breakfast, with a different local add on every morning. I really appreciated the smoked mozzarella and the fresh mozzarella with dried tomatoes. Lovely terrace on the front of the house and a large fantastic garden at the back, completely equipped with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Also a nice space for children to play in the garden. The house was easy to find, 7 minutes walk from Villa Regina train station and 10-15 mins walk to the entrance to Pompei ruins.

Roberto went above and beyond to ensure we were accommodated with everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. He is very knowledgable and informative about the area. We got lost on our first day out and when I sent him a message he helped us by collecting us from where we were and ensuring that we managed to get some food. The accommodation has a rustic charm about it and it was central close to the railway station for all our requirements to visit Naples, Sorrento Pompeii and Capri. The neighbourhood is not for holiday makers but if you are looking for an Italian experience whilst doing the sites this is excellent! Grazie Mille

What a great place to stay. What a fantastic fantastic host. Great location if visiting ruins. Roberto is so helpful, listen to him when he tells you the safe streets to walk with less cars. DO NOT TRUST GOOGLE. North Americans, do NOT be concerned with neighborhood building appearance. Yes they may look shabby. Remember they are hundreds of years old and still standing. It is the inside and service of that Roberto gives that you simply will be amazed.
