The staff was wonderful and the rooms were nice. However the pool is not heated and should be noted. To advertise a pool and review saying this is great for kids is very misleading. Most hotel pools are not freezing cold.

We love the Comfort Suites at Burlington. We stay here multiple times a year on weekend trips across the border. The rooms are always comfortable and clean, the staff are always so friendly and kind, breakfast is always delicious, and the location is so convenient. We love that they are pet friendly as well, and our dog loves it here. Always 5 stars!!

Property is in a good location. Staff is always friendly. By and large the rooms are always clean. Biggest thing again the place is water pressure is always low. Takes my wife a long time for her shower, rinsing her hair.
