Jo and Frank welcomed us upon arrival with tips and information about My Buller and the village. The were very friendly and attentive to the guests… which made the stay feel like we were sharing a house with family and close friends. They really created the best atmosphere for their guests and I would not hesitate to come and stay longer next time. Common area has a lounge with tv, reading and board games. But if you are more about chatting while sipping a drink, the area also has a nice kitchen with all utensils needed, so you can have a nice night in after an intense day of snow activities with family or friends around the table. Dry room is a must!!!! Our jackets were always dry, warm and ready to go every time we went out to explore the area.

The lodge is a totally fabulous, family-friendly place to stay whilst at Mt Buller. Jo and Frank go out of their way to introduce guests to each other, fostering a wonderful sense of community and new friends. The communal area is sparkling clean and a perfect place for meals to be made whilst the kids play, chat and recharge for the next session on the snow. The beds in the rooms are soft and comfy. We love love loved our stay and will be back! 5 star accommodation on the mountain

The host is very friendly and greeted us on arrival. The kitchen area is spacious and clean, you could cook any kinds of food and bakery as they have all the culinary and kitchen equipped. Best of the best is they have rice cooker. A house built and run by a family which has relatives all over the world.

Stayed here during the off-season and it felt like home. Beautiful lounge area with the best sofa in the world, we unintentionally slept on it with the TV still on during our first night! (Sorry Frank 🙏) The kitchen is equipped with everything you will ever need to be free and get creative with your cooking if you wish to do so. We cook everyday before/after skiing. The whole place is very cosy and the heaters keep things comfortable. Sometimes it gets chilly at night but it’s just the weather guys, it’s bearable if you wear thick pyjamas to sleep. Frank and Jo were very sweet. They gave us their utmost attention throughout our stay. They were such heroes and always seemed to appear out of nowhere whenever we were in need of help. It kept raining heavily during our stay, and no snow but our stay was still great. Frank is accommodating, always checked on us whenever we bumped into each other. Met Jo during check in, she’s a lovely person as well. They are a great couple and will be your hosts. Do not hesitate to book with them, anytime of the year!
