"The staff is very friendly, you can get a taxi if needed in one to five minutes. The sea is only a few blocks away. There is a grocery store a block down, a pharmacy across the street, easy walk to the train station, and although the wallpaper is a bit odd, the room is nice and clean. I would add another trash can in the main area and give Americans a way to work through the television process, but otherwise it was perfect!"

"Perfectly situated a 5 min walk from Nice-Ville train station and a 20 min walk to old town and the waterfront. Very nice rooms though the building is showing its age in some areas. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Not all rooms have bath tubs but the water pressure was really good. "

"Property is a really nice old style flat, with a recently renovated kitchen. Its on the 5th floor of a 6 story building which has a secure elevator to access. Flat was clean when we arrived. It had a wrap around balcony with chairs and table for eating outside. I collected keys from My flat Nice's office located a 10 minute walk from property. "The 1 bedroom apartment was really cramped and not very clean. When we got to the hotel they charged us an extra 12 euros for parking. The sofa bed was not set up. The bedding was not clean as i found hairs on the sofa bed bedding."

"Confused by the payment system. Hotels gave me a receipt indicating I paid but turns out we didn’t. No one was there when we checked in. Asked at desk when there was someone and all they said we owed was the city tax found out 9:30 pm the night before we left when there was a knock on the other side of the door and staff telling us we needed to pay for the room. Pampering Extraordinaire

"WoW. We are local and have always wanted to stay here. We went for an overnight staycation for my husband's birthday. The Negresco upgraded our room to a view room which was a lovely Bday surprise! Although the Negresco is under construction, they did much to minimize its effects by limiting the noisy time and placing us as far from the noise as possible. The staff were all amazing and kind. The Spa is incredible. Had some of the best massages of our life there and enjoyed the pampering and ambiance. Highly recommend."

Nice and clean hotel, with friendly staff.

"We stayed here one night. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They had valet parking, which was nice. We didn't have any trouble finding our car when we wanted to leave. All the staff was friendly. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't speak to that. Not about the hotel but, it was a little confusing how to get to the Christmas Market from the hotel, but in the end we found our way. "
