"I had torn my achilles tendon just before my stay here so accessibility was an issue to some degree. No rooms had ramps or had ground floor accessibility. Other than that, the staff were great, breakfast was fantastic. Lunch was meh, dinner was really nice at the stone restaurant. My family had rented a car so we were a short 20 min drive into old town Chania which was gorgeous. "

"Så fint hotell med otroligt fin service. Vänlighet och tillmötesgående i alla avseenden. Rent och snyggt och med allt man kan behöva ha. Så som diskmedel schampo och tvål . Jätte fin ren pool. "The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania."

"We had a nice stay at Theo Hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, which comfortably slept 6 people and had its own pool. Customer service was top notch and the staff was very accommodating and caring. Giannis was really nice to me and my family and made sure we were taken care of at breakfast. "Hotel is new and in great condition. Spacious room, large bathroom, great balcony only a few meters from the crushing waves. Wonderful restaurant right on top of the waves. Two beautiful pools, one of them overlooking the sea and only a few meters away from it. Great beach right in front of the hotel, ultra long beach to walk either way. Only downside is the breakfast ; although it gives the basics that you expect, it does not offer any local delicacies. "

"This property was beautiful! Right on the beach!!! Wonderful view of the sea from the room and patio! The room was tastefully decorated and everything was clean and welcoming. "This is a charming lovely family run hotel. Everyone is amazing. The font desk with Melena -were so sweet and so helpful! Loved the room - the view- breakfast - the lovely beach and the wait staff that brought us April Spritz’s -it’s small - quaint and has a wonderful ambience that so enhanced our stay! We loved this hotel and would not only stay there again - but would highly recommend that you stay there as well! Margaret"

"Literally couldn't fault this wonderful hotel. Ultra friendly, helpful staff, so clean, convenient for local restaurants/supermarkets etc. It's a 30 minute taxi ride into Chania old town, although there are buses. Honestly, a perfect stay"
