We only stayed here for one night. Check in was quick. Staff were lovely. Pool/beach area were not busy. Food was good. Whole resort was clean and tidy. Enjoyed our one night stay. Would return.

Very nice property with a nice spa. Temperature control is an option as the air conditioning isn't available some times of year. So if you are there on a warm day you will have to hope the outside temperature drops enough to keep you cool. Restaurant was buffet and mediocre at best. I'd stay here again but with lowered expectations.

Service room was excellent,I would love to thank Everyone there for their exceptional hard work and amazing service ,Maria at the coffee Bar in the lobby is one of the amazing beautiful person ,in Luger husband who works at the Bar . We travelled early July. The overall presentation of the hotel-from the room to gardens, lobby area, bar/restaurant was very good. Cleanliness was good. Pool area lovely. Food was varied, drinks were fine ( we went all-inclusive) Our son was too old for the kids club- but we did notice the kids doing activities and appeared well supervised. We had a hire car- it was easy then to get to Alhambra, Nerja and explore the area.

Very nice
Fantastic hotel, rooms great. Pool area with bar good and nice drinks. I paid extra 16€ for all inclusive band so drinks were free. But they don’t tel you about that on reception so you have to ask for it .

Precioso hotel junto al mar
Un resort muy agradable y bonito, lo mejor el precioso jardín que llega hasta la orilla del mar, lo peor la musica a un volumen insoportable e innecesario en la piscina.

Cleanliness, food and sport and polite staff was excellent BUT the only down side was the pool club . It was uncomfortable and there was an unpleasant smell . Possible in need of an upgrade.

Sehr schöne, weitläufige Anlage. Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes, großes Superior Doppelzimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick. Die Cocktails waren gut (der Alkohol war nicht mit Wasser gestreckt wie in zahlreichen anderen AI Hotels). Leider entspricht das Essensangebot nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Das Essen war fad und lieblos angerichtet. Einige Gerichte mussten wir leider auf dem Teller zurück lassen, da diese ungenießbar waren. Im Aussenbereich gibt es sehr viele Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Hier jedoch eine Liege oder einen Stuhl ohne Vogelkot zu finden, war wie Lotto spielen.
