Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel dürfte teil-renoviert worden sein. Das Bad im Zimmer war neu, der Teppich alt und fleckig. Vorteil: Eintritt in Therme unbegrenzt inklusive!

Das ganze ist schön.personal freundlich. Zimmer gross und ruhig mit schönen möbeln.sauber und hell. Das beste ist die gigantische thermalbadlandschaft mit sauna und salzgrote sind im zimmer preis drin.unbedingt empfehlenswert!jede zeit!

Dårlig aircondition på rommet. Ble varmt og vanskelig for barna å sove. Lite utvalg på frokosten. Markedsføringen av hotellet gå inntrykk av at badeland var inkludert, men dette kostet oss ca 250 kr ekstra. Alt i alt ikke spesielt fornøyd med tanke på pris på overnatting.

På Hotels.com står der, at hotellet har swimmingpool. Det er ikke helt sandt. Der er et Thermal bad ved siden af hotellet, som man kan benytte mod fuld betaling. Personalet i receptionen taler meget lidt engelsk og tysk. Hotellet er gammelt og slidt.

Morgenmaden var typisk østeuropæisk og ens hver dag. Vi var der i 5 dage. Rengøringsniveau meget sporadisk. Der blev ikke skiftet sengetøj under opholdet. Desuden dårlig planlægning. Beliggenhed ok - tæt ved restauranter og byen

Jó szálloda közel a hegyeshalmi határátkelőhöz.

Egy rövid pihenés volt a bécsi karácsonyi vásárból visszaúton. Tetszett a finom svédasztalos reggeli. A szálloda tiszta, a személyzet segítőkész. Ár-érték arányban megérte.

Detta är nog det sämsta boendet som jag har bott på. Inget stämde med vad man skriver om sig själva. Trasig säng, minibaren gick inte att stänga så allt var varmt, stora fläckar på mattorna, skitigt, ingen som helst service, allt ser ut att vara nedstängt redan vid kl 21, man kan inte få något att äta efter 20:15!!!!!, man känner sig inte särskilt välkommen när dom stänger alla grindar redan vid 20:00
