"I really enjoyed spending time at this hotel. The staff are very welcoming and wonderful people to be around. The staff made sure that I had a shuttle to go around town and a safe way to get there, had a secure place to store the remaining luggage, and they made delicious food for breakfast and at the restaurant. I would highly recommend to stay at the Stella Maris Lodge."

"Lodge was nice. It’s older but they are doing their very best to maintain. Gardens and trees were mature. Pretty! Monkeys were fun to watch as they played and clambered through the trees. Food was good but limited options. Breakfast that was included was really good! Staff were kind and helpful. Shop was small, some souvenirs. "We stayed for 3 nights, we booked the comfort room but unfortunately had one next to the kitchen, which was very loud. Once we told Manny (Sales Manager) he sorted it immediately and moved us to a much larger room with a shared private pool. It was 10/10! The grounds and facilities are really nice, with a new swimming pool being built, which will be an amazing addition. They have a fantastic view of Kilimanjaro and different areas to relax, the fire pit was a lovely touch. The food was nice...
