Staff are not accommodating and cold, all my requests were rejected such as extra pillow. Secondly, the floor towel and the shower towels are treated as same meaning same colour same size. This is not acceptable as the shower towels need to be bigger to cover our heads and body and also to distinguish between floor and body use. It is very unhygienic to do this practise.

"Room is clean and tidy. Foods around the hotel are expensive. There a G25 (minimart) that you can buy not so expensive stuff. There are many interesting places to visit in this area but you need a car to go to this places. And there a place inside Theme Park that you can rent Hanbok and get a 20% ..."
