Last minute booking and checked in around midnight. Incredibly friendly lady checked me in. For most people the breakfast would be above and beyond- everything looked freshly cooked but I’m vegan and there wasn’t really anything for me- no problem as I wouldn’t expect that. Appreciated the nice cup of coffee. Convenient location right off i90. Great holiday decorations

This hotel doesn't necessarily look like much from the outside, but we found the inside to be clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also outdid themselves decorating for Christmas, and I enjoyed that a great deal. Would stay here again.

The staff were absolutely friendly. However the building appears to not have been well maintained. Items were missing in the breakfast and the staff member said she only had access to one outlet and it was so poor, you could not plug in an extension cord so she had to cook items one at a time. Shortly thereafter, the electricity went out in the office and she had blown a fuse. Days Inn- pay to up grade your electrical to 2024!

We usually stay in Ritzville after a major tournament in Spokane because it’s nice and quiet. We love this place because they offer a decent breakfast.
