"Boutique Hotel, very clean and nice ambience."

"We came to Trier for the Christmas market and to visit the Roman sites. The hotel was ideally placed for both. There's no restaurant but the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and catered well for a gluten intolerance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking in the underground carpark was fine if a little tight to navigate in a bigger car. The staff were excellent and helpful. They spoke perfect English but humoured our schoolboy German! All round good."

"We booked 3 rooms with air-conditioning during heatwave for multiple days. Upon arrival there was no airco. They offered us to book elsewhere at 9pm. No properties within driving distance w airco. Shower did not drain. Would not recommend. Expedia needs to be more accurate with hotel details so others don't have a similar experience."
