First visual stepping inside the hallway to the reception was dead flowers in the pots right inside the door. broken fridge in the room with a replacement unit put on the floor so you had no outlets available except if you removed the one for the fridge. no ventilators, old decorations in the room - very 70-ies which can be ok but looked more like a hostel than an upscale hotel room for 195 dollars. "Disappointed that the extra bed was not ready for us despite reception knowing that it was a room for 2 adults and a child at check in we had to go back to reception to get a child’s bed. The hotel says that children stay free, but that was not our experience as my friend had the room next door and she paid less using the same booking platform and we booked at the same time. "
