наплевательское отношение к клиентам

В забронированный 25-3 кв 484 нас не заселили, т.к. он оказался занят, несмотря на бронь за 2 !!! месяца. Заселили на Юбилейный 68. Ме Плита не работала два дня, телевизор заблокировали через день, мусор не выносили и не убирали вообще, полдня сидели без света, один день выла пож. сигнализация, остальные 4 дня - дрели гасторбайтеров. Из плюсов - хорошее расположение, но до метро далековато.
