"Excellent hotel for skiing at this lovely resort. Food and drink options were great and staff were very positive and helpful. Slight niggles such as constantly running out of basics at meal times (plates/bowls/tea bags/hot water) which was a bit annoying when you rushing to get to lessons. Great location though and very good value for money-would definitely return to this hotel and resort"

"We have just returned from a wonderful week at the Hotel Neve. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. It has fantastic facilities including a pool, spa and gaming room (which our 2 boys aged 13 and 18 years really enjoyed). All in all, it is an exceptional hotel and we look forward to returning next year."

"The apartment was clean and neat. Staff were friendly. Stay was very comfortable Should have added more plugs. No place to plug on the toaster/kettle. You have to unplug the tv/light to plug them in and keep them on floor The main issue was there was no wifi. We booked through hotels.com who told there was free wifi. But the receptionist told the details were not changed even though it was informed several times."

"The room was excellent. Very clean and well maintained, just what I needed and the staff were very helpful. Something to be aware of; on the Wednesday night the nightclub downstairs finishes at 3:00am and is quite loud in the room. Probably best to go down and join them!"
