"Reservei uma estadia para meus pais na suíte Deluxe, e fiquei muito desapontada. Primeiramente com o serviço, já que não deram informações básicas de como acessar a internet ou de como usar o cartão para abrir a porta do quarto, ainda mais se tratando de um casal de idosos. "Hotel was decent. My only complain, was that hotel staff walked an entire family into my room while my boyfriend was there. Whatever mistake, overlook was made, it is concerning. Reception clearly didn’t realize room was already occupied. As a woman who had stayed in many hotels by myself, that scares me. That is a mistake that must never, under no circumstance, occur. Other than that, no complains. Check IN and OUT was a breeze. Breakfast service was not utilized so I have no opinion on that. "
