Beautiful hotel with great staff! We stayed here for four days with our family of 5 and had a great time. Tokyo tower is right next to this hotel and the metro stayion is only 7-10 minutes walking. Rooms are super clean and the breakfast buffet was amazing. I strongly recommend this hotel!

The gardens for the property and the other Prince hotels were beautiful. The 7-11 in the lobby was very convenient for a late night snack and quick morning coffee. Access to Shinagawa Station was welcome after our Shinkansen from Kyoto, and access to the Yamamoto line for getting around Tokyo after arrival. There was significant construction in front of the hotel that made walking from the station a bit tricky, but we were able to access through the Prince Sakura Tower.
