"Very convenient option to be in the middle of Bs As. Great 1bed 1 bath option for 3, unit comfy and impecable. Only downside was the quality of the bed sheets, truly bad, ripped and unfit for the beds, please take care of that for an outstanding stay. We will definitely be back 👍"

"Todo muy bien como reserva. Sin embargo, no me llegó ningún mensaje después de reservar por parte de la propiedad. El teléfono de contacto NO aparece en la página. Tuve que localizarlos por internet. Una vez que conseguí su número, me confirmaron que la reserva estaba bien hecha. En las instrucciones que me dieron para la llegada, no se indicaba que tenía que llamar al número de apartamento desde la calle. Fue la guardiana del inmueble quien me lo dijo. Deberían mejorar ese punto de comunicación...

"We loved the place. The apartment is well presented, modern, it has everything you need and the neighborhood is really good. Staff was extremelly welcoming, answered all my questions and even contacted us in advance to organize check in times and any special requirements. Only negative part was the additional USD12 fee I was charged. To be fair, there's a note in Expedia booking, but it's not very clear when making the booking, I would not say it's hidden but it's not clear at all. I use Expedia regularly and this is the first time I get charged the cleaning fee. I even paid everything in advance and I still have to pay that arrival. I would return, but I was not happy about that fee. I'm happy to pay it and the apartment was worth it, but I didn't appreciate the way it was placed in the booking. "
