At the reception, I was told that as a Gold member, I am not entitled to late check-out and would have to pay 6000 HUF for it. The room was old and smelled bad. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Now this was totally unexpected. I am originally from Pernitz, about 20 or so km from Wiener Neustadt, but live in Los Angeles. On this trip from the USA to Austria we were visiting friends in Ljubljana, and after arriving in Vienna we had planned to spend the night in Wiener Neustadt instead of Vienna to cut the trip to Ljubljana the next day shorter. Since I am from Pernitz I never had any reason prior to this to spend the night in Wiener Neustadt, since I have family in Pernitz and Gutenstein...
