"The property is wonderful with a great facilities!!! The villa was very clean, sofa bed was ready and the bed was very comfortable. AC or fan is in the rooms which is I founded very convenient.
Beach towels are provided, so you don’t have to take from home. Bathroom is very clean, plenty of branded toiletries (smells amazing). "The place is situated close by all the relevant beaches, especially Hiriketiya and Nilwella beach.
It is about 10-15 minutes to get to hiriketiya road where most of the shops/resturants are.
Its calm and tranquil at this place, away from the busy scene at hiriketiya road yet not to far to get there when you want.
Space to park if u have tuk tuk, scooter etc. The rooms are cozy and clean. Some good restaurants very close by.

"The staff was amazing the chef made some of the best food I have ever tasted!! He was very sweet and very involved in all aspects of the villas. "This house is virtually a step away from the sea and it feels like you have your very own small, private beach. A bit far from the town for bars and restaurants but a good small local restaurant two minutes walk away. Breakfast provided, by a woman that comes to the house and uses the kitchen. Great in one sense but if you really like your privacy note that she does hang around each day for about 3 hours doing cleaning etc..

"We were greeted with a delicious welcome juice and a cold towel. Check in was speedy, bags were promptly delivered to our room and the room itself was spacious, cool and with a nice view. The hotel provides towels for the beach as well as the pool and the breakfast was a good spread with an egg station. All staff were friendly and calm. Coconut tree hill is a very short walk and mirissa beach was 200lrk in a tuk tuk but was also walkable. Would definitely stay again"

"This hotel has basic amenities and it's proximity to the beach is wonderful. The service is exceptional and the people who work there are so wonderful. This is not a luxurious hotel by any means, but would I stay here again, yes I would. Basic comforts were provided, including a mosquito net over the bed and a mosquito repellant plug in (much needed for the third friend who didn't have a mosquito net over her single bed). We were upgraded to an ocean view room on a top floor (lots of stairs), so we spent the majority of the day at their beachside cafe called Happy Lab. We came in April, so
waves a little high but we managed to enjoy our time in the water. We took a stroll in the evening to check out other nearby beachside restaurants and settled on dinner at The Twins. Everyone was accommodating and we had a lovely time."

"Wonderful setting. We stayed in 'Pepper Cottage' and felt like we were in the jungle - but in a safe way. Best massages we had in Sri Lanka. Also the best breakfast - it was just so beautifully prepared.
Location is set back off a main road - which you cannot hear - but this meant it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants."

"Great property right on the beach , in comparison the prices in the hotel / restaurant are higher ( which is to be expected) . Staff was lovely , the hotel could do with some small updates / upgrades. Location is very good, under 10 mins to walk into town.
