"I just wanted a nice place to stay overnight with my own room. I got that. Met with the friendly staff, who showed me the room which was all set up ready use. It was a nice and clean place, had all the amenities and very quiet and peaceful. Easy parking and close to the shopping centre."

"I must say that I have been delighted with this place, located in one of the most beautiful parks in Australia. The Cape Otway Lighthouse is 2 -3 km away. You wake up in the morning and most likely you will see a Koala at the top of the tree in front of your tent or van. The staff was really attentive."

"First time to stay there with family and as soon as we stepped in, we were like "wow! It's so clean and all necessities in the bathroom are so nicely organized, and it's walking distance to grocery and the closest lookout is only a short 10mins walk." Easy communication with the host and driveway can fit 2 cars. We will definitely stay there again next time if we go to the area again. "

Much better than staying in port Campbell-that’s too touristy. We loved staying here in this quite little hamlet right on the Grest ocesn Tx / just perfect!!"

"The Butterfly Farm is a peaceful oasis in the middle of the cattle farms of the area. Green and serene, with lots of privacy. Karen is a wonderful hostess, she has lots of great information on things to see in the area and she is ready with anything you might possibly need. If you are looking for a retreat away from the tourist traffic of the Great Ocean Road while still being connected to good Wi-Fi and all the amenities, this is the place to stay."
