not easy to reach. the street that the gps take you is closed. you have to be creative to reach. there is a parking garage begind it that they are not responsible for. 40 ponds a night very cute interior, true tree house .

Superbly located for Manchester Piccadilly Station and Metrolink. We stayed one night so that we could visit a concert at the Co-op Live Venue. Very comfortable and quiet with excellent amenities. The size of the fridge is good for larger drinks and groceries and the addition of a small freezer is very handy. The staff are very polite and efficient and our stay was faultless.

The room was very stylishly decorated , it was clean and I liked the kitchen , I didn’t enjoy the breakfast as it was cold , but apart from that I enjoyed my stay

"Overall it was good, however even though the hotel is dog friendly, they seemed unprepared for how to deal with a dog, even though it cost us £30 to have him with us for the night. We were offered bowls for the dog which were provided, but we were offered a bed for the dog which did not arrive. Also ..."
