"Quality hotel, ideally situated on the edge of Lake Garda. Very quiet and very clean with modern fittings. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a lift and wi-fi. The breakfasts are excellent with a wide selection and plentiful supply. From the promenade outside the hotel turn right and a short walk along the lakeside leads to to the centre of Bardolino and the ferry pier, you can then continue to Garda if you choose. Or if you turn left, the lakeside path will take you to Cisano and onwards...

"Our flight was a little delayed so we arrived at the hotel a little late. The receptionist was very friendly and offered us water as it was a long journey. We checked into our room (there was 4 of us), and we couldn't have asked for a better room. Spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Good size bathroom as well with a power shower. The only drawback to the bathroom is that it needed hooks behind the bathroom door to hang clothes, but it was a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was also very good...

"The reception team were incredible- by far the best introduction to a City that we’ve ever had. A personalised walk, to restaurant recommendations, street directions, must see attractions … they made sure we maximised every opportunity in the time we had there. "We thoroughly recommend Casa Ossan. Massimo and Laura were so helpful with recommendations and their hospitality is second to none. Breakfast was so good, homemade and just kept coming. Definitely going to visit again next year when we are on another wine adventure.
