"+ good location. + Name - Hilton. - The internet has a low speed and not stable. - They said the hot water will not be avaliable for 3 days and did not react quickly for solution. If you carry the name “Hilton” you should resolve problems. - The room is always cold and heating and clima is not working properly. - inadequate personel for room cleaning. They could clean only once and at a evening time. Long story short - the money you pay and the comfort you get does not match."

"A hotel in the old part of the city. Many dining options nearby. I did not take breakfast at the hotel rather went to nearby cafes which offer absolutely gorgeous breakfasts. I used the pool and sauna, and it was very nice"

At check out, it was a near argument with the staff (who were asleep when I was trying to leave) about them saying I needed to have my room checked before I was “allowed” (in his words) to leave. Other staff didn’t speak English and were unhelpful when I tried to communicate over Google translate. My room was not cleaned one of the nights I stayed. I expected more...

"We were extremely unhappy with our stay here. 1. It was cold in the room and we couldn’t use the heater, because it doesn’t work during summer time. Reception doesn’t have clue about it, and they were just telling us turn on AC for heat and wait 10 mins. 2. On the reception in the evening there was a random drunk person from the street. There are no any security there. 3. In the hotel restaurant they did not remember the whole order… We were waiting until we asked, and they were like.....

"The hotel was good for the location. It had a stop of the bus taking you to the airport directly. My room was very spacious, and this was the cheapest room on the property. The breakfast was not a buffet and I had to book a time for my breakfast and choose the menu. Still, the cook was not available at the appointed time and I had to wait."

"Unique point - very very brown Soviet place, clean but dismal. Large room, basic, things worked...just. Reception desk often unmanned. Breakfast served only in room, on a brown table, basic food ordered from pictures. Staff were not very friendly, little smiling, a lot of sighing. Transfer was good, collected punctually early hours of the morning. Situation is good, close to central sights and bus stops. But path is a track with huge puddles to negotiate."
