"I paid a little decent high fee for my days for the room. I wasn't arriving til the next day of my check-in day due to flight. After checking in, receiving room keys. I immediately went to the room to inspect everything. Flooring, beds, beddings, appliances, furniture, shower, bathroom and etc. The photos used as advertising on Expedia is what sold me, but seeing it in person I was highly unsatisfied and I felt like I got scammed. Waited til my family arrived 30min later grabbed my bag placed in vehicle went to front office to check-out and requested a refund as I was not staying at that hotel. I was a housekeeper for years, ended up being promoted to supervisor for housekeeping. I started from small business hotels and moved my way up to higher class hotels. The lady who checked me in and out, very kind understanding and respectful! She issued me a refund and printed me out the receipt of the amount I paid for and etc., she stated my refund would take a few business days to return to my card."

"This place was NASTY!!! Hotels.com had a “Very Good” rating, someone is messing with the ratings. Mold on the ceilings. Floors, toilets and shower was nasty!! Our door wouldn’t lock from the inside. Half the lights didn’t work. Towels were worn, frayed and stained. "

"The room was clean and the reception clerk was friendly and efficient. No facial tissue provided. Walls lacked sufficient sound proofing. There was some rust in the bathroom. Breakfast choices were coffee, milk, waffles and packaged sweet rolls. No protein, no butter or half and half ( although there was a processed alternative). The coffee was actually pretty good for a hotel (Farmer Brothers). "

"House keeping did NOT do their duties as far as keeping the rooms clean EVERYDAY! The toilet stopped up. I called numerous a times for the issue to be taken care of. The front desk clerk or manager didn’t make effort to take care of the issue right away. They came out the NEXT DAY! I had to get my own plunger to unclog the toilet. They were roaches coming out of no where in the room. Terrible stay and service. I don’t recommend. "
