Took almost an hour to check in watching some guy rub himself. Walked into the room the room stank. Went outside for a cigarette that night there was three rats running around outside. Central downtown so not quiet. Told the staff about it. They started talking about me in their language. Ask to speak with the manager so I can Lodge my complaints. And even though all night long there was people at the reception desk checking in or out whatever. I was supposed to go and wait and tell them all this the night before. The pillows were little itty bitty pillows on a king size bed that smells like very old man sweat. We went for breakfast the next morning only to find watered down apple juice dry bread and stale cereal. The color was off on the fruit loops. When asked where the Continental breakfast was. Was told that's what a continental breakfast is. Cost me an extra $60 to go and eat breakfast. Contacted Expedia. The hotel was playing games with them. I checked out two nights early. Because of how disgusting this hotel was. Never ever stay here. Unfortunately this was supposed to be a romantic weekend.

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. I was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t even sleep in the sheets out of fear of getting bed bugs. The bed sheets and pillows had stains, the ceiling had yellow water marks, and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. To make matters worse, the toilet had visible stains on the seat, which were clearly not cleaned. It was absolutely disgusting. We stayed on the third floor, but the elevator didn’t reach all the floors, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The parking situation was just as bad extremely tight and hard to navigate. If you have a larger car, don’t even bother it’s stressful trying to get in, out, or find a spot. The breakfast was another disappointment. If you’re not downstairs at 7 a.m. sharp, don’t expect much to be left. By the time we arrived, there was almost nothing available just some bread and pancakes. We ended up having to go out to eat because it was so bad. If you’re booking this place because it’s cheap, be prepared to get exactly what you pay for. The pictures online are very misleading. The only accurate ones are of the reception area, which does look nice but everything else is a joke. Avoid this place if you can.
